Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and perform root cause analysis effectively.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API management.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
This position is based at our Pune office.
