Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level application environments.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
