Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in application support engineering or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda functions etc. .
- Experience working with Docker containers for deployment purposes.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
