Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues impacting business operations.



Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Good To Have Skills: Energy.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within financial modules.

Experience in managing and supporting integrated financial systems to ensure seamless business processes.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and deliver effective solutions.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain high availability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
