Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system stability.

Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex system issues.

Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical incidents simultaneously under pressure.

Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
