Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium.

Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.

Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.

Ability to design and implement test scripts to validate application functionality.

Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.

Good understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance practices.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
