- Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow ups till completion.

- Resolve support issues with a focus on root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
- Should have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skill to Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Should have Knowledge of IIS
- Should have Knowledge of MS SQL Server Database Management, Query execution, Administrative Tasks
