Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Scientist to support customers and internal teams for RT-PCR assays on Open and Closed Platforms. The role combines hands-on molecular diagnostics expertise, customer support, and workflow development to ensure optimal performance of diagnostic assays.
Key Responsibilities - Assist sales and marketing teams with technical feasibility discussions and account development.
- Conduct customer workshops, trainings, and product demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot assay performance and workflows.
- Document client issues and feedback.
- Hands-on RT-PCR, nucleic acid extraction, and multiplex assays.
- Ensure GLP compliance and documentation.
- Support workflow optimization and automation.
- Create SOPs and technical documentation.
- Provide scientific guidance and stay updated with trends.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences or related field.
- 3 4 years of RT-PCR or molecular diagnostics experience.
- Hands-on experience with RT-PCR and automated systems
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of GLP and documentation
- Willingness to travel.
