Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to manage the product lifecycle of our IVD solutions portfolio including RT-PCR Kits, POC Devices, NGS Clinical Assays, and Extraction Kits
- The role demands strategic thinking, go-to-market execution, and close collaboration with customers and sales teams to accelerate growth
- requirements: Manage the complete product lifecycle for IVD solutions
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with strong brand positioning
- Partner with sales teams for customer profiling, acquisition, and retention strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, brochures, and digital content
- Develop pricing strategies, conduct margin analysis, and drive profitability
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for forecasting and inventory management
- Support sales conversion cycles through training, digital resources, and knowledge sharing
- benefits: Graduate/Post Graduate with BGCI certification
- 3 5 years of product management experience (preferably in IVD/Healthcare)
- Strong knowledge of brand positioning, customer segmentation, and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
