Position Overview

DS AI team is seeking a DS/AI Engineer to accelerate chatbot and GenAI development with a focus on rapid deployment, enterprise use-cases, and scalable production systems. The role involves building RAG-based chatbot systems, integrating enterprise data, and deploying scalable GenAI solutions. The engineer will work directly with the DS Lead in a high-ownership environment with fast execution cycles and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of GenAI solutions from prototyping to production deployment. Only candidates with real GenAI/chatbot development experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RAG-based chatbot solutions

• Prototype and deploy use cases rapidly

• Build retrieval pipelines

• Develop backend APIs

• Implement prompt engineering and evaluation

• Ensure monitoring and continuous improvements

• Deliver production chatbot systems

• Implement RAG pipeline end-to-end

• Build and maintain API services

• Develop evaluation and prompt frameworks

• Handle deployment and documentation
