Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Instill and nurture efficiency with Quality culture among all operations team
- Lead and execute all running projects to excel beyond budget
- Enhance customer confidence on Q subject in Cookware business
- Develop team members to meet Global standards & for future higher roles.
- Focus on reduction of wastes and improve efficiency
- Ensuring new project launch with best sync between all functions
- Monitor and enhance SCM efficiency
- Promote People centric activities in sync with HR.
- Well versed with QMS aspects viz; ISO TS, Ethical audits etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- BE - Mechanical (Preference)
- Preferred experience: 18+ years of experience with 5-6 years at least relevant experience in Consumer durable goods (Cookware & Home appliance products knowledge).
