Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide PPC engineers in the execution of production schedules.
• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on order priorities and capacity availability.
• Prepare and monitor machine loading and ensure optimal utilization and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with SCM for material follow-ups and ensure RM availability for Production.
• Lead daily production meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve shop floor planning issues.
• Validate BOMs, routings and master data in SAP and ensure accuracy for effective planning.
• Ensure documentation is as per QMS standards.
• Track key metrics such as OTD, FG Stock, Order Aging and take corrective actions.
