Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrator with expertise in HP Storage to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain large-scale storage infrastructure using HP Storage technologies.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Brocade SAN Switches for seamless data flow.
- Oversee NetApp Storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Administer Windows Server to support storage operations.
- Implement ITIL processes and best practices for efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HP Storage, Brocade SAN Switch, and Netapp Storage technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server Administration and Storage Operations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is desirable.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with technical teams.
