Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and audit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and other financial statements.
• Handle GST return preparation, filing and related compliance work.
• Handle TDS calculations, return filing and compliance.
• Perform regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing and finalization.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents, schedules and supporting details.
• Assist in internal and statutory audit activities.
• Verify invoices, expenses, payments and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial and statutory records.
• Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors and internal departments as required.
• Prepare accounting and financial MIS reports for management.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST & TDS.
• Good understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L preparation.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
• Practical experience in audit and audit support.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience in accounting and finance will be considered.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should be responsible, organized and capable of independently handling accounting and compliance-related work with minimum supervision.
