About the Role:
The Academic Manager Junior Level will lead Foundation Integrated Batches for Grade 6 to 10.
The focus is on building strong conceptual clarity and preparing students for National and
International Olympiads, while strengthening their fundamentals for future engineering and medical
entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct integrated classes in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology for Grades 6-10.
Build strong foundational concepts aligned with CBSE and Olympiad standards.
Track student academic performance and drive measurable improvement.
Mentor students for competitive examinations and problem-solving excellence.
Collaborate with academic teams to implement innovative teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / MS / PhD.
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with strong subject expertise may apply).
Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for mentoring and teaching young learners.
Selection Process:
Online Proctored Written Test.
Classroom Demo at designated centers.
