Khan Global Studies, anEd-tech is seeking talented and experienced Academic Manager to join ourEngineering operations team
The ideal candidate will be able to manage theoverall activities of our Engineering vertical, and create effective strategiesto engage a large number of students for long term

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee theoperations of the Engineering category batches at Khan Global Studies in Noida
Maintaining FCMS(Faculty Cum Management System)
Batch arrangements with faculties and maintainthe hours per subject
Batch arrangements with faculties and maintainthe hours per subject
Maintenance of lecturescalendar and students details
Handling reports anddata of the vertical along with track of individual students as per each batch
Collaborate withfaculties and subject matter experts to create course content and studymaterials specifically designed for Engineering exams
Organize and managemock tests and practice sessions according to Engineering exam patterns andrequirements
Handling of academicblock and marinating relationship with the faculties and handouts for all thebatches
Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of marketing strategies to attract more studentsof the Engineering vertical
Preparation of academicplanner according to the priority of the subject
Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching, academicoperations, or mentoring students preparing for Engineering exams
Bachelors degree in the related stream[B

A masters degree is preferred

Must know how to maintain a high levelof professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Strong leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings andweekends as required
