Location- Mumbai & Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the credit underwriting function for the assigned zone across Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios.
- Ensure high-quality credit decisions by evaluating customer profiles, income, financial statements, property documents, and repayment capacity.
- Drive adherence to the organization's credit policy, risk framework, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Monitor key credit metrics such as approval rates, turnaround time (TAT), delinquency trends, and portfolio performance.
