YL CSSD Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced YL CSSD professional to join our team at Medica Superspeciality Hospital (MSH). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain the hospital's CSSD department, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborate with the hospital administration to develop and implement strategic plans.

Job Requirements
