Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication standards.
• Perform document verification activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review, validate, and process customer documents as per defined guidelines.
• Manage service desk requests and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support data entry and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to resolve customer queries effectively.

• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
