Workday Hcm Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Workday Human Resource Management (HCM) Consultant with 48 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. The candidate should have expertise in Core HCM processes, business process configuration, security, reporting, and integrations to support HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure organizational structures, job profiles, positions, compensation, and staffing models.
• Design and support Workday business processes and security groups.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Manage data loads using EIB and support data conversion activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and IT stakeholders.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and process optimization.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation/support.
