Roles & Responsibility

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Windows System Administrators to join our global IT operations team This role is focused on supporting and maintaining Windowsbased infrastructure during the US night shift with a key responsibility for patch management and system maintenance during scheduled weekend windows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Windows Server patching and updates during designated maintenance windows including weekends
  • Monitor system performance and availability during the shift responding to s and incidents as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server OS Active Directory and related infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent system health
  • Maintain documentation of patching activities incident resolutions and system changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices
  • Participate in change management and incident response processes
  • Required Skills Qualifications
  • 3 years of handson experience as a Windows System Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 201620192022 Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy
  • Experience with WSUS SCCM or other patch management tools
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently during offhours with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a 24x7 enterprise environment
  • Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS is a plus
  • IT certifications such as MCSA MCSE or Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
