Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced Windows System Administrators to join our global IT operations team This role is focused on supporting and maintaining Windowsbased infrastructure during the US night shift with a key responsibility for patch management and system maintenance during scheduled weekend windows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows Server patching and updates during designated maintenance windows including weekends
- Monitor system performance and availability during the shift responding to s and incidents as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server OS Active Directory and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent system health
- Maintain documentation of patching activities incident resolutions and system changes
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices
- Participate in change management and incident response processes
- Required Skills Qualifications
- 3 years of handson experience as a Windows System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 201620192022 Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy
- Experience with WSUS SCCM or other patch management tools
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Understanding of ITIL processes and change management
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during offhours with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a 24x7 enterprise environment
- Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS is a plus
- IT certifications such as MCSA MCSE or Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
