Roles & Responsibility
- Review existing monitoring strategies and identify gaps in the current monitoring and dashboards
- Design, develop and implement synthetic monitoring solutions in AppDynamics
- Create dashboards in AppDynamics to provide real-time insights into application performance and availability
- Integrate with Splunk logging with monitoring solutions to enhance observability
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for synthetic tests using scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting
- Implement monitoring for Java SpringBoot API s running behind Kong Gateway
- Ensure effective monitoring for front-end browser and native Mobile applications
- Collaborate with development, DevOps and SRE teams to optimise monitoring strategics
- Define and document best practices for synthetic monitoring, alerting and dashboarding with connectivity to back xMatters system
- Troubleshoot monitoring issues and continuously improve monitoring coverage
