Job Description
Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Workforce Management (WFM) Real Time Analyst I in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all operational support aspects of the contact center.
- Facilitate and monitor workforce planning issues, including staffing, scheduling, and forecasting systems.
- Implement and manage contact center quality issues and support systems.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs across the contact center.
- Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve day-to-day goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of WFM principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
