Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Allocate work efficiently among warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
• Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory control activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace SLAs and order fulfillment timelines.
• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff on operational processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.
• This is a shift-based role that may require working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
