Job Title: Ward In-Charge Nurse

Reports To: Nursing Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage staff nurses and ward operations.

2. Allocate duties and prepare staff rosters.

3. Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and quality standards.

4. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.

5. Train and mentor new nursing staff.

Qualification:

1. GNM/B.SC Nursing, Preferably with experience in Leadership.

2. Strong Organizational and Team Management Skills.
