Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate VMC machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal defects.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including part numbers produced and quality control checks.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience operating a VMC machine or similar CNC equipment.
- Strong understanding of VMC setting procedures and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and machining processes.
