Senior Operator- Side/bottom Sealing & Cutting Machine

We are looking for Senior Operator- Side/bottom Sealing & Cutting Machine.

He will be responsible for-
1.Operate the side/bottom sealing machine, execute the cutting & sealing of the film rolls and convert them into high quality polybags as per stated requirements.
2.Maintain high health and safety standards at all time.
3.Be involved in the production planning process and provide insights to optimise the plan.
4.Ensure product is within customer specifications.
5.Perform running adjustments on the machines in order to maintain optimum output and reduce scrap levels.
6.Ability to troubleshoot any issues that might arise during cutting/sealing and resolve it.
7.Inspect and remove defective products once the cutting process is completed.
8.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
9.Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
10.Occasional overtime would be needed for critical situations.
11.Physical work with regard to production and material movement would be needed.

1.We are looking for the successful candidate to be driven, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
2.Diploma/UG in Plastics Technology or other related courses.
3.2 to 3 years experience in side/bottom sealing machine would be ideal.
4.Basic Computer skills.
Good written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH.
