Job Description
The visionary leader should:
- Possess the highest level of competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment. He / She should be a distinguished academician, with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University or ten years of experience in reputed research and / or academic administration with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.Should possess deep understanding of undergraduate and postgraduate education, along with a sound familiarity of Indian Higher Education regulatory norms.
He / She must have a deep understanding of National and International Rankings and Accreditations.
- Have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly in a multicultural academic and multi-faculty environment.
- Proficient with modern educational technologies, including learning management systems and academic ERP systems.
- Have an intuitive ability to relate to students, along with prior leadership experience in an international educational institution, will be important differentiators.
