Job Description
- Coordinate integration of Engine, Transmission, Axle, Hydraulics, Electrical, Steering and Brake systems.
- Ensure fitment and packaging of all vehicle aggregates.
- Perform interference and clearance analysis using CAD models.
- Support prototype vehicle assembly and resolve integration issues.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Testing, Purchase and Supplier teams.
- Conduct vehicle-level validation and troubleshoot design concerns.
- Support APQP, PPAP, DFMEA and Design Reviews.
- Prepare Engineering Change Notes (ECN/ECR) and release design updates.
- Validate vehicle performance, NVH, durability and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with AIS, CMVR and customer requirements.
- Coordinate new model development (NPD) and existing product improvements.
- Support root cause analysis using 8D, Why-Why and Fishbone techniques.
