  • Customer Service: Interact with customers and the public in a courteous and professional manner
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and service requests, and provide information about utility services and procedures
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other tasks
  • This documentation is essential for tracking work performed and complying with regulatory requirements
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines when working with utility systems, equipment, and hazardous materials
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others while on the job
  • Equipment Operation: Operate specialized equipment and tools required for utility maintenance and repairs
