Position: Management Trainee / Process Associate

Job Summary: We are hiring International Process Associates for our US Healthcare process. The role involves handling queries and resolving issues for doctors and hospitals related to medical billing and insurance.
Note: This role does not involve any sales or marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries related to US medical billing and insurance processes
- Resolve issues raised by healthcare providers (doctors/hospitals)
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (with marksheet)
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Should be comfortable with night shift (US process)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Must be available for immediate joining
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good typing speed
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 15,000 - 19,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: 1,000
- Statutory Bonus: 15,000
- Cab facility / Transport reimbursement up to 2,500
