About the Role

• Proven experience in Team Handling and Recruitment Leadership.
• Strong expertise in End-to-End Recruitment.
• Experience in driving hiring targets and managing recruitment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
• Experience in recruitment reporting, tracking, and process management.
• Strong sourcing capabilities through portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
• Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
• Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and hiring quality.
• Conduct regular recruitment reviews and performance discussions.

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations

• Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
