Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
- Drive sales of Motor Extended Warranty (EW) product through dealer networks
- Develop and manage strong relationships with Motor dealers/brokers to improve business volumes
- Ensure effective channel management and partner engagement to maximize productivity
- Conduct product and process training for dealer teams to improve conversion and awareness
- Actively monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to enhance penetration
- Support partners in resolving operational and service-related queries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and service delivery
- Base location Pune/Vadodara need to travel to assigned locations for business development and relationship management
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and tracking
Experience Required
- Experience in selling motor insurance through dealers, agents, or brokers
- Prior experience in automobile/OEM/dealer ecosystem preferred
Location & Mobility
- Base Location: Pune/Vadodara
- Should be open to travel for business requirements.
