PestShields is building a next-generation SaaS ERP platform for Facility Management companies covering pest control, security, housekeeping, and manpower services. Our vision is to design a world-class, configurable platform that transforms service delivery and client experience in this industry.
We are looking for a creative, research-driven UI/UX Designer to help us design the product from scratch .
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at PestShields, you will:
  • Drive the end-to-end design process from user research to high-fidelity UI.
  • Create intuitive, modern, and mobile-first interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across modules.
  • Work closely with the product team to shape workflows and deliver a world-class user experience .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building SaaS products from the ground up .
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and understand industry workflows.
  • Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes .
  • Design high-quality, engaging UI screens for web and mobile.
  • Develop a Figma-based design system for reusability and scale.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders for alignment.
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability testing .
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product designs .
  • Expertise in Figma (primary design tool).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices .
  • Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
Good to Have
  • Experience designing SaaS products or HRMS/ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to usability testing and analytics-driven design improvements.
