Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. User Research Analysis
    • Conduct user research throughsurveys, interviews, and usabilitytesting to understand user needs,behaviors, and pain points.
    • Analyze feedback and user data tocreate personas, user journeys, andexperience maps.
  2. Wireframing Prototyping
    • Design wireframes, mockups, andprototypes using tools like Figma,Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Iterate based on feedback fromstakeholders and usability testingsessions.
  3. UI Design Visual Communication
    • Develop visually appealing andconsistent UI elements in line withbrand guidelines.
    • Create responsive design layouts forweb and mobile platforms.
  4. Interaction Design
    • Define interaction models, taskflows, and UI animations to enhancethe user journey.
    • Ensure accessibility and usabilitystandards are met.
  5. Collaboration with Development Team
    • Work closely with frontenddevelopers to implement designs andresolve UI/UX issues duringdevelopment.
    • Provide design assets, specs, andsupport for development and QAphases.
  6. Design System Guidelines
    • Maintain and contribute to designsystems and style guides to ensureconsistency across products.
    • Update UI kits and componentlibraries as needed.
  7. Performance Optimization FeedbackIntegration
    • Use analytics tools to monitor userbehavior and continuously improvedesign based on performance metrics.
    • Incorporate feedback from clients,users, and stakeholders into ongoingdesign improvements.
  8. Project Time Management
    • Manage multiple design tasksefficiently while meeting deadlinesand maintaining high quality.
    • Participate in agile developmentprocesses, including standups andsprint reviews.
