Job Description
- In this role, UI/UX designers are responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website
- UI UX designers create the user interface for an app, website, or other interactive media
- Their work includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather requirements from users before designing requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.
- Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
- Developing product and/or service-related interaction designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions in close collaboration with the product, creatives, and other stakeholders.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.
Required Experience and Qualification
- 5+ Years of experience in UI/UX
- Hands on experience of FIGMA, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong visual design skills and an excellent portfolio demonstrating these skills
- Understanding of branding, brand design and marketing
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to introduce new ideas with clarity
- Must have a strong knowledge of design principles
