UI / UX Designer

About the Role: The UI / UX Designer is responsible for designing and developing highly usable web based user interfaces that deliver a great user experience. As a well - rounded developer , you will have an opportunity to share best practices , design patterns , and frameworks , while understanding the implications of software designs and implementation choices on application usability , performance and maintainability. Responsibilities: Develop high - quality user - facing features using HTML5 / CSS3 , JavaScript , Bootstrap , and Responsive Web Design Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction , visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand - off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Establish and promote design guidelines , best practices and standards Apply design patterns and best practices to break down problems and create innovative solutions Collaborating with designers and developers to build , test , and launch innovative solutions to current web applications Skills and Requirements: Advanced HTML , CSS , Jquery and JavaScript experience Strong knowledge of Responsive and adaptive design Strong Knowledge of Bootstrap and Foundation Frameworks. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong problem solving / code conceptualizing skills and an intuitive nature Must be organized and detail - oriented Demonstrated superior visual , user interface , and interaction design skills Passion to learn emerging technologies and embrace continuous professional development Enjoy working in a startu
