UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Designer to join our creative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative user experiences for our digital products.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and user-centered design methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, or a related field from a reputed institution such as NID or NIFT.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, AutoCad, InSketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, problem-solving abilities, and user-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
• Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.
