UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, Mobile Applications and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
• Translate complex ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing and interaction experiences across various devices and screen sizes
• Optimize graphics, images, and other media assets for web performance, including considerations for loading times and bandwidth constraints.
• Conduct usability testing, user feedback sessions, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine designs iteratively.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of design principles, user-centred design methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user insights and business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on pixel-perfect design execution, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

CTC : INR 6 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs Per Annum
