UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at ImagiNET Ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the company's goals.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design concepts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct research to identify user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles, including usability testing and feedback mechanisms.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of successful UI/UX design projects.
• Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
