Transition Manager Transitions Lead (any vertical)

- Experience working with global clients and managing transitions of global programs
- Leading and managing process migration projects with a focus on enhancing shared services and service delivery across multiple domains
- Strong understanding of transformation project planning, value extraction, automation, technology solutions, and change management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English (Spanish is desirable)
- Ability to work across different time zones
- Focus on key transition factors: Cost, Quality, Speed (Project Plan, RAID, RACI, Project Charter, Status Updates) Experience Required - 12+ years in consulting with emphasis on shared services, outsourcing, or migrations
- Sector experience in at least one of the following: Real Estate, Finance & Accounting, or HR
- PMP certification preferred Technical Requirements - MS Project: Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining project plans; able to report using basic MS Project functionalities
- MS Visio: Capable of creating and maintaining process maps
- MS Excel: Skilled in developing and managing detailed project plans with tollgates, milestones, start/end dates, responsibilities, and status tracking
- MS PowerPoint: Proficient in preparing updates for governance meetings, tailored to audience expectations
