Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to facilitate job placements.
- Conduct career counselling sessions to help students identify their strengths and interests.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective placement solutions.
- Train and prepare students for interviews to enhance their communication and presentation skills.
- Manage the entire placement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of placement services.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in industry networking, career counselling, relationship management, and placement coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and interview techniques.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people, including students, employers, and staff.
- Familiarity with placement software and systems is an advantage.
