Role & responsibilities
Reported and assisted the Medical Superintendent in various hospital activities.
Writing and processing the pre auths to the insurance company TPA , writing medical queries for initial and discharge queries,
Sending interim enhancement request and clinical summaries to the insurance TPA
Checking the initial approval copies and updating the patients. Collecting the required medical documents from the patients and sending to the TPA.
Liasoning between insurance TPA, consultants and the patients for smooth processing of insurance claims from admission to discharge.
