Role & responsibilities
1. Make sure that all the machines are performing at optimum level as per machine's target capacity (no loss due to machine condition).
2. To prepare preventive/ predictive maintenance plan and execute to reduce/ eliminate breakdown of all the machines and related equipment.
3. Ensure optimum stock of critical spare parts/ consumables and maintain the stock level.
1) Daily preventive maintenance of tool room machine.
2) Maintain inventory of consumable tools and equipment related to tool room.
3) Coordination with supplier related to tool room.
4) Maintain and monitor special tooling.
5) Maintain stock of raw material of tools.
Preferred candidate profile
1). Graduate or Diploma.
2). Minimum 5 years as Tool Room Incharge in Manufacturing sector
