The number of gig workers is pegged to reach 25 million in India alone, of which 18-20% will be recruiters. Most gig recruiters, despite being capable to perform specific recruitment activity efficiently, are not able to do sustained business owing to lack of demand consistency or their inability to perform all activities of recruitment value chain. We are creating an ecosystem of qualified recruiters, along with an AI enabled workflow to unbundle recruitment, so we can enable ‘point outsourcing’ of the recruitment value chain and truly democratise recruitment. This tool makes the entire effort more coordinated, easy to perform, monetarily lucrative and transparent. Companies will also benefit from this platform as it will assist them on working with a larger pool of freelancers and vendors. This will help the company improve both quality and TAT.
