WOMEN WORKPLACE INDEX aims to establish the most referenced database on women workplace policies and their implementation amongst employers in Asia. We encourage disclosure, set best practices and establish a certification regime “Women Workplace Index Employer” to facilitate ESG investing and supply chain practices. We have established a database of hundreds of corporates in Hong Kong and are in the process of actively expanding our research to cover more companies across Asia.
