Test Lead

Job Summary

Candidate must have experience in digital banking. Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and E2E testing. Resource should have experience in database testing; expertise in defect lifecycle management. Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Xray. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong banking and financial services domain experience. Prepare test plans, strategy documents, and estimations. Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SIT, UAT execution and reporting.
• Oversee test case design and execution activities.
• Lead defect triage meetings and RCA discussions.
• Track testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks.
• Coordinate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and UAT teams.
• Ensure release readiness and quality sign-off.
• Support governance meetings and status reporting.
