Scrum Master | Offshore

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively.
• Experience working with cross-functional development, QA, and product teams.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in software development or technology-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and release planning.
