Job Description
- Handling Entire collection Portfolio for Tractor Farm Equipment.
- Maintaining efficiency in achieving collection targets on a monthly basis from across the location till NPA accounts.
- Handling chronic and tough cases and resolving them by personal visit and the other collection tools.
- Executing Legal Action for most chronic delinquents cases as per the policy.
- All aspects of pre and post Repossession of tough cases also sell the same at a good price Facilitate inter audit of stock and collected receipt.
- Vendor Management Agreement signoff, updating day today payment collection send them the same details ACM for updation.
- Apart from this , Enhancing customer relationship and satisfaction by monitoring customer complaints and their requirements related to loan settlement , loan for closure , NOC .
