Developing and implementing of quality control systems

CP
MSA
SPC
8D & 7 QC Tools etc

Monitoring and analysing quality performance of KPI preparation

Aware of measuring Instruments Knowledge

Aware and documentation of ISO-9001
TS MASE IATF 16949 quality system

Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements

Ensuring that workflows
process and products audit comply with safety regulations

Very good excellence in Microsoft xl & PPT preparation

Developing corrective actions

Key responsibilities
1
Quality Management System (QMS): Develop
implement
monitor
and optimize a company s QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Team leadership: Lead
mentor
and train a quality assurance team
manage performance
and develop talent

Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
root cause analysis
and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Audits and compliance: Conduct internal and external audits
ensure compliance with regulations (like FDA
ISO
or CAP)
and represent the company during regulatory inspections

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with departments like production
engineering
and supply chain to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure quality is integrated into all processes

Data analysis and reporting: Collect

and make data-driven decisions to guide improvement efforts

Supplier management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the company s quality standards and are compliant with agreements
